The Quantum Cleanse

I’m starting a 21-day yoga cleanse in which you cannot eat or drink caffeine, sugar, animal products, alcohol, or gluten. This is going to be a challenge, but I know I can do it. I’m going to be practicing mindful eating, participating in yoga classes, and continuing with the Insanity program throughout the cleanse. If anyone else wants to try this cleanse, feel free to message me and ask about recipes and whatever else you’d like to know. I’ll be doing some brief progress updates but nothing too lengthy. 

Keep working and results will come.
